Administration of the new privacy policy

At the Institute for Art Therapy

In connection to the new privacy policy (GDPR) we hereby inform you about the use of data at the Institute of Art Therapy.

The institute does not share information with other institutions and you can be deleted from our system any time,

At the institute you are guaranteed, that we comply to the new regulations from EU related to personal data.

Which data is collected?

  • In connection to the newsletter, name and e-mail address is collected
  • In connection to application regarding courses, name, address, e-mail address, telephone, birthdate and education is collected

Collected data is used for registration of courses and for sending out participants lists to coming courses.

Use of personal data

Personal data are not given to any third part, unless you give a written permission to do so and we never collect personal data apart from your own information given to us by registration to courses.

You have a right to know which information we have registered and you can claim a right to object to registration according to the rules in the data policy.

Protection of personal information

According to the data policy, your personal information must be kept safe and confidential. We save your personal information on computers with limited access, placed in controlled facilities. Our security is often controlled in order to make sure, that information given to us, are handled correct.

Personal information are deleted when the purpose for collecting the data are no longer present.
